The Food pantry is a vital resource serving the community of Arcadia, FL. We are committed to fighting hunger and improving the lives of individuals and families in need. At our pantry, we believe that access to nutritious food is a fundamental right, and we work tirelessly to ensure that no one in our community goes hungry. With the support of dedicated volunteers and generous donors, we offer a wide range of fresh produce, pantry staples, and essential household items to those facing food insecurity. Eligibility
Catholic Charities’ food pantries provide regular distribution to eligible families. A variety of shelf stable staples and fresh produce and meats are available. The program helps combat food insecurity in Desoto county.

HOURS OPEN: Monday and Fridays 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Monday: Walkers that do not have vehicles ONLY
(1st and 3rd Monday of the Month for last names beginning with A – M)
(2nd and 4th Monday of the Month for last name beginning with N – Z)
Friday: Drive Through Traffic
(1st and 3rd Friday of the Month for last names beginning with A – M)
(2nd and 4th Friday of the Month for last name beginning with N – Z)
NO Walk-Up Traffic on Friday
NO 5th week of the Month distribution
WHO IS ELIGIBLE (include location if applicable): Desoto County residents
HOW TO ACCESS SERVICE/Intake:
Walk or drive through on designated distribution days only
Families are eligible for the food pantry TWICE a Month on their designated days
ITEMS NEEDED at intake (ie: id card, etc): Catholic Charities Scan Card
