Catholic Charities Family Counseling Center (FCC), provides a routine out-patient level of care via Telehealth & limited in-person. Cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy is provided to children 3 years of age and older as well as adults, in English and Spanish. FCC provides psychotherapy to address a wide range of mental and behavioral health disorders and stressors including but not limited to trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, divorce, bullying, ADHD, and relational conflict. The goals of therapy include, but are not limited to promoting well-being, strengthening families, resolving conflict, healing trauma, building self-esteem, and supporting a recovery lifestyle. The clients are evaluated holistically to identify all their emotional, physical, spiritual, social, medical, recreational, and educational needs. The clinicians often make referrals to community resources for the additional services required.
