The Fort Myers Rapid Rehousing Program is a compassionate and effective initiative aimed at providing vital housing support and resources to individuals and families facing homelessness in the Lee County community. ELIGIBILITY
This program aids incidentally and chronically homeless individuals and families in obtaining permanent housing. The program is only available in Lee County and all referrals must come through the Lee County Coordinated Entry System.

SUCCESS STORIES
The James family came to us through Coordinated Entry as a homeless family that had hit hard times and been staying at a local shelter. Through our Rapid Rehousing program we were able to get them housed, work with them on some of their challenges, and create a plan for self sufficiency. They are now housed, fully employeed, and kids are doing great in school.
